The service portion guarantees an optimised configuration, current software versions and up-to-date definitions. Through our console, we are able to identify and respond to threats in real time, in many cases, before you become aware of them and before they can spread and create widespread damage.

Patch Management

Patch management monitors and maintains the status of Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office application patches across your environment in accordance with your defined software change and update policy. General Helpdesk - Our engineers are on hand from 8:30am to 6pm (UK time - exclusive of Bank Holidays) to assist you with your IT related questions and issues. You can contact us via email, phone or web portal.

Your dedicated support team includes both Level 1 and Level 2 engineers. We train and evaluate our engineers on their customer service ability. L1's possess the highest standards of industry certification available for desktop operating systems. L2's are further qualified, being fully certified for server, network device, and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS circuit-vendor, liason.

We track and log all issues and service requests in our process automation software and keep a record history to ensure a consistent result.

Onsite Support

Whether you require infrequent on-demand onsite visits or regular scheduled onsite visits, we can tailor a support package to suit your needs. Through our onsite management service we can ensure peace of mind, increased staff productivity and enhanced IT performance.
