Frequently Asked Questions

Ideally, four to six weeks before your planned move date. This gives us time to survey the new site, order connectivity and plan the migration in detail. For larger or more complex moves, eight weeks or more is advisable.

Yes. We regularly liaise with building managers, electrical contractors and fit-out teams to ensure cabling routes, power provisioning and rack placements are agreed before the move. This coordination is a standard part of our project management service.

We handle ISP procurement and installation as part of the relocation project. We also arrange temporary 4G or 5G failover so your team can work from day one, even if the permanent line is still being provisioned.

We manage the disconnection, secure packaging, transport and reconnection of all IT equipment. Servers and sensitive hardware are moved in padded, anti-static cases by our own engineers — never left to general removal firms.

Our goal is zero downtime during business hours. We achieve this by provisioning parallel connectivity at the new site and scheduling the physical move for evenings or weekends. Critical systems are tested and live before the old site is decommissioned.
