Video conferencing typically needs 3-5Mbps upload per concurrent user for HD quality, so a business regularly hosting 5-10 simultaneous calls should budget for at least 30-50Mbps upload. This is why upload-heavy businesses often move from FTTC, which has limited upload speeds, to FTTP or a leased line.
